Nitinol Wire

Nitinol wires are essential components in a wide range of medical devices due to their unique properties, including superelasticity and shape memory effect. These characteristics allow nitinol to undergo significant deformation and return to its original shape when exposed to body temperature, making it ideal for minimally invasive applications.

Features

NT-Standard

Our NT-Standard series of super elastic nitinol wire complies to ASTM F20263.

NT-HUPS

Our NT-HUPS series of nitinol wire has a greater Upper Platform Stress (UPS) comparing to the standard series, which can be used for guidewires for high stiffness.

Customization

Based on our expertices in nickel-titanium alloy raw material development and material forming technology, we can customize superelastic wires that are different from traditional ones according to your actual needs.

Surface

Various surface processing of the Nitinol wire is available as black oxidized surface, brown oxidized surface, blue oxidized surface, bright oxid-free surface or black oxid-free surface.
